Canyon
Mesa Country Club
This
golf course 9 holes was drawn by Jack Snyder and created in
1985. Ideal for practicing a short game, it however remains
difficult because it is surrounded by residential villas which
bound the plan. Fairways are lined with trees which make them
more narrow. Greens are wide, fast and wave-like. Water traps
come into play on several holes. The club offers at disposal
a putting green for training.

This
international golf course 18 holes Par-72 was drawn by the famous
Robert Trent Jones team father and son. Situated in the middle
of the red mountains of Sedona, with magnificent points of view
and a remarkable plan, it can really be described as a work
of art. The golf possesses an arrangement similar to those that
we find in the Midwest. In the usual style of the architect,
the slightly sloping fairways are lined with trees and with
bunkers strategically placed. Greens are a little heightened
and surrounded with wide and twirling bunkers. The golf wants
himself to be "friendly": if errors can be numerous,
he always lets you a chance to catch up. The water comes into
the game on several holes. Recent renovations allowed to set
up new carriages passages and all the bunkers surrounding the
greens were reconstructed, under the watchful eye of the company
of Robert Trent Jones. The club house offers at disposal his
high-quality restaurant and a very well supplied pro shop.
