The Ocean Course

Designed by Pete Dye, it opened in 1991 before the Ryder Cup tournaments of which he welcomed. In 1997, he welcomed the World Cup of golf with the biggest world players resulting from 32 participating countries in tournaments of the stroke play. Tournaments inaugurated by the UBS Warburg Cup took place in 2001. And in November, 2003 the course will welcome the World Golf Championships.

Osprey Point

This course was designed by Tom Fazio, who is considered as the best contemporary architect. Fazio used the magnificent natural ability of the ground to create this master piece. The structure of the ground includes four big natural lakes, salt swamps, dense forests consisted of oaks, pines, and magnolias. This course is classified in the 75 better American golf courses by the Golf Digest.

Oak Point

Situated at one mile from the main Resort entrance, it is the new Kiaway addition to the course's collection.
This course, of Scottish style, contains the historic Haulover creek and the Kiawah river. The wide fairways extend next to the salt swamps and are mixed with forests of pines. He is classified among the best American courses by the Golfweek magazine.

Turtle Point

Jack Nicklaus knew how to combine length and exactness, making of this course, which exists since 1981, the object of the selection of numerous championships, including Carolinas ' Amateur, Carolinas ' PGA, the South Carolina Amateur and the PGA of 1990. Robert Trent Jones Course

This course, which renovations were finished in 2002, is the oldest course of Palmetto Dunes and was for a long time the favourite. Palmetto Dunes Resort - Arthur Hills Course

Opened for playong in spring, 1986, due to its arrangement it is one of the most characteristic courses of the domain. The Hills site is highlighted by the continuous dunes lines and the Palmettos massifs. Palmetto Dunes Resort - Fazio Course

Constantly classified among the Top 100's American courses by the Golf Digest, this course is an inescapable of the island. Due to its arrangement and its numerous sand traps, it puts every ambitious player in the challenge. Opened in 1974, it underwent an important revision in 1994.

Palmetto Hall - Arthur Hills Course

Create by Arthur Hills, it opened in March, 1991. It is a magnificent course, very well maintained with a subtle outline and a specific arrangement. It extends by integrating the landscape, following the line of curves, winding around oaks and lakes. Greens are well protected by the bunkers which were placed strategically, as well as water plans. The most memorable is the rather wide lake which borders hole 18, particularly difficult.

Palmetto Hall - Robert Cupp Course

Opened in 1993, this course represents a new approach to the conventional golf architecture.
Named in 1992 Golf Architect of the year by Golf World, Cupp drew the original conception of the course on computer, creating a provocating arrangement characterized by straight lines, sharp angles and the unusual forms.
The course is very flexible, everything depends on the tee from which you chose to play.
