This
golf course 18 holes is situated in a valley surrounded by hills
covered by a plentiful tropical vegetation. Drawn by Robert Trent
Jones and built by Laurence Rockefeller, it was rewarded with
a golden medal by Golf Magazine and was classified four stars
by Golf Digest. Its wave-like ground strewed with numerous water
traps and more than one hundred bunkers make him an exceptional
golf course which addresses to serious golfers. However, because
it contains wide fairways and several departures, it can also
be appreciated by any level player. At arrangement: a big clubhouse,
a practice with putting green, a driving arranges, a pro shop
which proposes clubs for rent. Courses are proposed by the pro
Greg McCulloch. The restaurant and the terrace bar overhangs the
18th hole.

Created
in the 17th century and passed on from family to family, Buccaneer
combines the charm of the old times and its warm hospitality with
the enjoyments expected by a current traveler. 
The
golf course 18 holes of Buccaneer was conceived in 1973 by the
professional of the Long Island PGA Bob Joyce. It is located at
the east of Christiansted and at 10 minutes from the Caribbean
Dream. It was built on the lands of an old sugar plantation. The
hilly ground offers magnificent points of view and brings right
towards the sea banks. Far from being easy, it is the golf course
which asks to use all the clubs. If needed, the pro Tim Johnston
is at permanently disposal for courses. From its terrace, the
restaurant offers a magnificent sight on the Christiansted port,
an ideal place to begin or to finish a round.
After
the accurate research for an ideal site, Reef was created as an
oasis at the edge of a tropical golf course, far from the noises
of the village but accessible from both sides of the island. Deliberately
isolated, the Resort is considered for its personalized architecture.
At first it was a private community welcoming in winter his numerous
owners coming from the whole world. Recently, certain villas became
accessible to the public for holiday stays.
With
the perfect combination of tourist activities and natural beauty,

Drawn
by George and Tom Fazio, Mahony opened in 1980. Real exploit more
technical than architectural according to Golf Digest, this golf
course has the exceptional fact to be sensibly cut to fit on a
narrow and damaged ground portion, overhanging the sea and offering
spectacular points of view. Having changed owners in 1994, in
2001 an ambitious project of renovation was set up. The grass
of the whole golf course as well as for the practices were changed
with a special grass, ' Seashore Paspalum ', renowned for its
resistance on the golf courses of the coast which is sensitive
to the permanent intervention of the salt of the sea. Greens were
also modified, most saw their size doubling. Bunkers also took
advantage of this work of renovation and some sand was brought
by the island of the Barbados to complete the project. The 18
holes are opened, for an optimal quality of game in the exceptional
context of the island.
Nested
in the heart of a domain of a dozen hectares, this luxurious Resort
gives directly onto the blue sea and to the beautiful white sandy
beaches with St Thomas. Guests can benefit from a big number of
enjoyments and from a very high quality personalized service.
Ritz-Carlton offers at disposal 200 rooms among which luxury suites
with sight in front of the sea or on the tropical garden. Rooms
are distributed in villas of Mediterranean style, ordered in semicircle
around the Bay. Recently, further to works of expansion, 48 new
rooms among which 16 suites and 24 accommodations to the Club
were added.
