CANADA - Canadian Rockies
Drawn by Rober Cupp and opened in 1994, the golf course
is situated at only 25 minutes from the Whistler Resort. With
the Currie Mount dominating the rippling valley and the Green
River twisting through Big Sky, the architect conceived a golf
which possesses an arrangement and a beautiful landscape. It
was moreover a part of the favorite golfs of Golf Digest in
1994. It extends among 7 lakes connected by a river. The game
conditions are excellent, greens and fairways being very well
maintained. With four different departures, from 6401 to 4762
metres, it is accessible to players of all levels. The arrangement
has the peculiarity to not impose strategy, but rather to allow
every player to put into practice its own strategy. The club
possesses a big training area with two and 3 putting greens.
This Golf course 18 holes Par-71
was drawn by legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus. It twists along
a valley which offers a spectacular arrangement. The famous
architect said modestly: " The idea was to build a course
that people could enjoy."

a spectacular sight, entertainments, cigar pauses and cocktails
around the fireplace.
Chateau Whistler Golf Club
This golf course 18 holes was drawn by Arnold
Palmer and inaugurated in 1982. It contains 9 lakes, two brooks
which twist along the course, rippling greens and magnificent
points of view on Whistler and the Blackcomb mountains. Situated
near the resort and easily accessible by foot, this magnificent
golf course with its holes and its greens rich in challenges,
its magnificent use of the natural ability of the ground, possesses
on both sides the stamp of the famous architect. It was classified
"Four Star Facility" by the Golf Digest Magazine.
