Golf de Bitche

This course, designed by architects Fromanger and Adam on a pretty site surrounded by forest, is notable for its outstanding maintenance. The uneven hilly terrain requires golfers to be physically fit, but there are some superb views to admire.

Golf de Kempferhof     

The Kempferhof golf course dates back to 1989 and was designed by Bob Von Hagge in woodland of spruce, beech and birch. The land is flat, so the course is suited to all golfers, in spite of some intimidating water hazards.

Golf de Soufflenheim     

This splendid 18-hole championship course is the work of Bernhard Langer and Kurt Rossknecht. It is technically very challenging, posing many formidable problems to solve with bunkers requiring unremitting attention and water hazards on 14 of the holes.

Golf de Strasbourg Illkirch     

The Strasbourg club was established in 1934 and took over from the Alsace Golf Club in Selestat. It has 3 courses: The ‘Red’ in the woods, requiring a lot of accuracy; the ‘Yellow’ which is wider and technically demanding; the ‘White’ which is perfect for strikers. With something for everyone, it is suitable for all golfers.

Golf de Wantzenau     

This course was designed by Jeremy Pern and Jean Garaïalde to make the most of very flat land. It is shrewdly laid out, with large open greens which help to avoid the hazards. It has several pools which come into play on the way back where they are something of challenge to less experienced players.
