was then known as the County Club. It became the Royal County

Wales as boss, the club finally became The Royal Portrush Golf
Club.
In 1895, Royal Portrush welcomed the first professional tournaments
in Ireland. And in the same year, the first one Ladies Championships
was also held.
Fred Daly, the only Irish to have won "The Open" in
1947 at Hoylake, was a member of the Portrush club. In July,

Ballyliffin
Golf Club
It was baptized · the Dornoch of Ireland
· and during years golfers considered it as the ultimate
hidden jewel. Not only it was considered as a nice club within
the country, but more its arrangements and its quality made
him already exceptional.
In June, 1993, a helicopter settled on the ground neighboring
to the clubhouse and Nick Faldo went out of it. He fell under
the charm and declared that he had never seen a course as this
one.
With its strangely drawn fairways, it was the course which added
a new meaning to the sentence: · 'a natural golf links'.
It turns out that some months before Nick Faldo's visit, the
club planned to enlarge the course. Architects Pat Ruddy and
Tom Craddock promised to the club that they would build one
of the most beautiful golf courses. In 2 years they honored
their promise.
By now, Ballyliffin possesses 36 holes: the Old Links course
and magnificent new Glashedy Links.
In 1992, the development of the club was so tha clubhouse which

Enniscrone
Golf Club
The Enniscrone course gives an image of the
life such as we imagine it in the past: chaotic dunes, powerful
wind, clear sky and one of the most beautiful beaches of Ireland.
The whole surrounded by the Nephin and Ox mountains which rest
heavily against the sky. An idyllic context which allows to
avoid daily life stress for some hours. When you walk on the
fairways lawn, you feel such a thoughtlessness sensation in
which two rounds seem to make one. The arrangement of the course,
the way holes change direction, give an impression of elegance
and quality.
Enniscrone is very known for its sunsets and
is proud to be one of the most popular destinations of Ireland.
We can find the 5 km long white sand beach, surrounded by dunes.
The conviviality and the warm hospitality to his guests is legendary
